Gods Vision For Edmonton

Posted on 28 March, 2017 at 23:25 Comments comments (0)

I would like to share with you the vision that God has allowed me to see for Edmonton, Ab. I will start with building a foundation that lead up to the vision.

While returning from a powerful church service in Onion Lake, my friend and I began worshiping God out loud in the van and just praising him. As we were worshiping him we began to speak in other tongues. It was different because it was as though we were having a conversation in the spirit. While I was worshiping I began to feel God so strong that it became hard to drive. It was like I was becoming intoxicated by his presence. My wife was in the back tending to the needs of our children and was becoming concerned about my driving. As she leaned forward to tell me to focus on the road she immediately started speaking in tongues and didn’t even bother to continue the conversation. It was during this time that I had the vision.

The vision.

As we were approaching Edmonton I could see a huge volcano in Edmonton. The volcano was enormous and was erupting. It was like a bomb going off and you could feel the shock waves just thundering, spreading out in all directions. It started in Edmonton and went out into all surrounding areas and beyond. I knew this was a sign of revival to come. Quite a few years have passed now since the vision. It has just been in the last few weeks that God has opened up the vision to me again. In the vision the volcano represented the bride of Christ which is his church or in other words the body of Christ. The outside of the volcano represented flesh. The flesh had been covering up the glory of God for many, many years – just like a volcano that is in active. As the pressures builds down deep in the volcano, it brings it to and active state. When the pressure becomes too great the volcano explodes and covers everything in it’s path. This represented the church being weak but because Gods glory got so strong the flesh could no longer contain the glory and the pressure blew the flesh completely apart just like the pressure did to the volcano. As the volcano blew apart, I seen the bride of Christ come forth out of this volcano. She was overflowing with the glory of God and began to stand to her feet in such indescribable beauty. It was so beautiful and majestic that it overwhelmed me and made me cry. She had made herself ready for the great wedding day. She was standing to be received by The Lord himself because he was about to come! As she stood and moved in her strength and glory, people everywhere were affected by her glory! This represented the last and most powerful move of God before his coming. The church has made herself ready and it begins to move in the power and glory of God how it was intended to.

I believe anyone in the spirit can feel, and has felt the tremors of this revival for some time. Get ready because Gods glory is going to break forth and be revealed like an enormous volcano! I pray you receive and understand the spirit of revelation in this vision. I believe this will confirm some things for you as to what you have been feeling in the spirit. “In Jesus Name!”

Is Spanking Your Children Wrong?

Posted on 28 March, 2017 at 23:20 Comments comments (0)

Is spanking your children to correct them of unacceptable behaviour ok? Well let’s go to Gods word for the answer.

Proverbs chapter 13 verse 24 : He that spareth his rod hateth his son: but he that Loveth him chasteneth him betimes.

Well I won’t win any votes with society on this subject but following Gods word is what matters. Yes there is a time when spanking your child is beneficial to his soul. Not every action needs to be corrected by the rod but sometimes it is the only effective way to instill a heathy respect for authority and get them back on track. When correcting your child with the rod you must do it without anger and it should break your heart to do it. If you are doing it because your angry you are doing it to please yourself and that’s abuse and teaches him violence. Using the Rod is not the only way to correct a child it is a last resort. A child should know and understand the rules before any corrective action can take place. When a child knows to do good and doesn’t do it then it is sin. When they are rebelling against your God given authority then the Rod of correction is used to instill a healthy fear of consequence back into their hearts. If this behaviour is not corrected then they will grow up not respecting authority and get themselves in trouble with the law. What God is trying to teach us is that if we love are children we will correct them with what ever measure it takes to help them understand the importance of respecting authority. If you choose to not correct your children by whatever measure it takes then you truly don’t love your child. I know it’s not easy correcting with the rod but sometimes it’s necessary to get them back into the order of the home. By doing this you will save his soul and you will also reap from the benefits of a well behaved child. A good way to check yourself is ask yourself is it easier to spank them or not to. Your selfish desires will say no to spanking because you shouldn’t enjoy spanking your kids.but you should love them enough that even though its uncomfortable for you to spank them you do it for their good. If you do it in love and not anger then they will thank you when they are older. As well as correction there needs to be a love connection with them. Children need to feel accepted and loved. Spending valuable time with them and connecting with them will allow them to receive the needed correction. If you balance out correction and connection you will find a place of perfection. Perfection just means a place a maturity. Proverbs 22 verse 15 says Foolishness is bound up in the heart of a child but the rod of correction shall drive it far from him. Hebrews 12 verse 6 says For whom The Lord Loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. I recommend reading the whole chapter. Spiritual Food

Spiritual food for growing Christians!

It’s my prayer today that you will take to heart the following scriptures and meditate on them and check yourself and see if your Christian walk is lining up with Gods Word.

Romans ch12 verse 1 – I BESEECH you therefore by the mercies of God that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. 2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God. 3 For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.
